Ryan Lair grew up playing ball hockey in East Hartford, CT (On Dek Sports). From there he took his efforts to the ice where he played 3 years for his Wethersfield High School hockey team. Lair started with the Ants as a high scoring offenseman but progressed to becoming a well rounded defenseman. Lair will be starting this year for the Ant's Elite team.
